Autism Awareness Paint it Blue and Drug Store find: Catrice Shopping Day At Bluemingdales

Catrice Shopping Day At Bluemingdales is a drop dead gorgeous indigo color:



the above two pictures are taken indoors in daylight, the below photo outdoors in the shade


I applied two coats of Shopping Day At Bluemingdales over Essence XXL Nail Thickener. It dries to a wonderful high shine and no Top Coat would be needed to add shine.

The application of Shopping Day At Bluemingdales is not the easiest. The polish is runny and this combined with the wide and sturdy brush can provide horrid nailpolish flood on the nail and cleaning up is a plain mess.

Final thoughts: I am in love with this color. I tried my share of adding glitter or Effect Top Coats on it but each time, I had to admit, I prefer Shopping Day At Bluemingdales on its own!!!

I bought Catrice Shopping Day At Bluemingdales with Manor.

    Gorgeous blue! Hmm, our Manor doesn't carry Catrice, only Migros and Coop. I guess it depends on the size of the store...

      Thank you :-)!! I think they split that in distribution areas in Switzerland. But then the Manor in Basel got a serious revamp and is now a really great place to shop - like the cheaper version of Globus ;-)
