Aussie Week: Emily de Molly Regal Beginnings

Lilac is one of my favorite colors for spring this year, I admittedly went a bit over board in adding lilacs to my stash ;-). Emily de Molly Regal Beginnings covers the glitter part of my lilacs for spring:



the above two pictures are taken indoors in daylight, the photo below outdoors in the shade


 and below a photo in artificial light

I applied two coats of Emily de Molly Regal Beginnings over Essence XXL Nail Thickener. The dry time of Regal Beginning is on the slower side but still in the normal range. The smaller glitters dispense nicely and evenly on the nail and as you can see in my photos, the bigger copper glitters have a tendency for clubbing ;-)!!! I don't mind this in a polish, as long as the glitter does not pile up. The formula is a bit sheer and thin, therefore the surface dries down uneven. I just applied one coat of Essence Better Than Gel Nails and achieved the smooth and shiny result as seen above.
