Color Club released a second Collection named Club Fiesta again consisting of 6 polishes. I have a knack for greens. Especially when they come so unique like Color Club Wild Cactus.
Now first up I have to state that this polish was VERY HARD TO PHOTOGRAPH and unfortunately my pictures don't do this polish justice (there are limits to taking photos with your iPhone). Therefore I just have two pictures for you of which the first one turned out pretty accurate - IRL it is a tad more teal:
The application was very easy and the consistency is awesome. I applied two coats of Color Club Wild Cactus over Essence XXL Nail Thickener. As with Bright Night this polish is not really selflevelling but applying the polish with a quick and light hand will prevent any color blobs. Wild Cactus dries to a beautiful shine. Removal though can stain your fingers badly - mine it did at least.
Final thoughts: I really like the bold and bright colors Color Club has given us next to the nearly standard light blues and corals which we have seen in nearly all major collections this year. Despite the not entirely selflevelling formula they are a total win in my books.
I ordered Color Club Wild Cactus with Head2Toe.
I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for visiting!!!
