Cadillacquer Mr. White

Those of you who are regular visitors on my Blog know that I have a strong preference for dark polishes, so no big surprise that I went for the darker shades in Cadillacquer's Breaking Bad Collection. This is Mr. White. A charcoal base filled with purple and blue shimmer.

The above picture is taken indoors in daylight, all others in the sun (and sorry, it is a picture spam)

I applied two coats of Mr. White over Essence Hardening Nail Base. The formula of all six polishes is the same, so I am getting repetitive here: it flows nice and easy on the nail with a tendency to create balding spots when you go over the same area more than once. Dry time is on the fast side.

Final thoughts: Indoors Mr. White looks like a very, very dark charcoal with a hint of turquoise shimmer turning purple at the sides but outdoors it starts to glow with its small and soft scattered holo. For me a perfect everyday shade.

I bought Cadillacquer Mr. White with their own Bigcartel shop.

I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for visiting!!!
Christine

  4. This is a nice black! For some reason, I'm afraid of straight black...I like something else in it. I think it makes me feel more secure about my application. :P

    1. Hi Melissa, I so hear you about the straight black, I am the same, I hardly ever wear a full deep black cream for the very same reasons ;-) - thank you dear xxx
