Picture Polish Mad Magenta

Do you know that feeling, if you have a certain polish stuck in the nail polish part of your brain - it is not a recent release but keeps hopping in and out of your shopping cart? I have quite a couple of them and Picture Polish Mad Magenta has been roaming my carts for nearly a year now and got always dumped in favor for the one or the other newer shade. Finally I concurred and ordered it along with my major Picture Polish haul.

Picture Polish Magenta is a "five-to-neon" bright, well, Magenta.




I applied two coats of Picture Polish Magenta over my regular Base Coat. The formula is highly pigmented and thin (mark NOT RUNNY). I worked with thin coats and was amazed at how opaque Magenta was at two coats given the thinner formula than what you would expect of a cream. It levels itself out flawlessly and dries to a super high shine. Dry time is quite fast. 

Final thoughts: Picture Polish Magenta is like a grown-up neon. Super bright and flashy yet not eye searing. I already plan when I can wear it next - LOL!!!

    I absolutely love Mad Magenta! IKR? A grown up neon is the perfect description of this polish!

    Ahhhh...this reminds me of something from my youth. I don't remember what it is, but when I saw this color, it made me happy! <3 It's such a luscious-looking creme!

      Thank you Melissa - how utterly sweet - a happy moment due to unknown source!!! It reminds me of the days of the first color printers and badly sealed toner cartridges - I cannot remember the times I dusted myself in not only yellow, black and blue but magenta as well ;-P

    So cool on you Christine! It is a great colour and so suitable for spring/summer. For some reason I love vivid cremes more for the season, and shimmery stuff more for fall/winter. Why? well I guess I'm just crazy like that...
