I applied three coats of Dance Legend It's Hot Here over Butter London Patent-Gel Base Coat. The formula has a jelly personality pigmentation wise and consistency wise. My guess is that this prevents the usual streak fest during application. The dry time was fast. As expected, the application of a high gloss Top Coat brings the neon really to eye searing level - I used Glisten&Glow HK Girl. The wear was also better than your regular neon. Though after the third day the polish seemed to sort of sink and shades of my ridges appeared. I only had minor tip wear and one chip on an index due to some wiggling with a naughty zipper.
I apologize for having only this one indoor picture of It's Hot Here but this little number was simply impossible to capture in the sun - or put more correctly - the color got so diverted that no amount of editing helped.
Final thoughts: I just love Dance Legend It's Hot Here and had it for four days on my nails. As I type this, it currently is with a friend and I yearn for getting it back to slap it on my nails again!
I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for visiting!!!

DeleteI love this on you! It looks so squishy and perfect!! It's strange about the sinking though? :/ Makes you wonder if jellies really ever dry...I've wondered that myself. :P
ReplyDeleteI am not the only one observing this? I thought my eyes are playing tricks on me - LOL!!! This little number currently sits on my polish table waiting to get another round on my nails, all those untrieds and I want to wear THIS the most - le sigh..... Thank you <3
