Wing Dust Blue Steel over Opi Eurso Euro

I had this post originally planned for 30 April, the last day of the month of Autism Awareness, but as many of you might know, my life took a cruel turn and things just changed fundamentally. However, going back to my beloved routine of Blogging helps to rebuild some marginal matrix to walk by.

However, this is such a beautiful mani, I still wanted to share it with you:

I applied one (thick) coat of Wing Dust Blue Steel over two coats of Opi Eurso Euro.

Wing Dust Blue Steel is very easy to apply, however the bigger holographic shards could not be convinced to be placed on all nails - however, this gives this mani a random look that I really liked.

I am currently tremendously hooked to mattified glitters - so guess what's coming now:

the above picture is taken indoors in daylight, the below photo outdoors in the shade

I simply put on one coat of Essie Matte About You - and frankly, I am smitten with the result.

And because Opi Eurso Euro is such a beautiful polish here a picture taken before applying Wing Dust Blue Steel

I ordered Wing Dust Blue Steel with Llarowe and Opi Eurso Euro from Nail Etc.

I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for visiting!!!
Christine

    1. Hi Becca, I am glad you like it as much as I do - Blue Steel comes so much more to life when no distraction - aka shine - makes the holo shards pop!!!

  2. Now that I used the matte top coat on the black yesterday, I want to try it more. I have only used that once and got it quite a while ago. This is so pretty - I love blue!!!

    1. Hi Essie, thank you <3!!! This mattified black was so gorgeous on you!!! Mattifying glitter is my way of making most glitters "office-friendly", not that I would have any restrictions but at times I find it not helpful if people ogle my nails instead of listening to what I say - I am sure you experience this ALWAYS!!! - Love xxx

    1. Hi Yun, thank you so much - I think the incredible base color of Eurso Euro really complements Blue Steel and when mattified does not turn flat - Christine

    1. Salut ma chère Nati, thank you so much, it really was knocking me out of my socks once I saw it matte. How can it be, that I just repeatedly forget about the matte top coat??? I feels each time like an epiphany when I come up with "oh I could use a MATTE top coat" ;-) - bisous
