Paint it Blue: April is the Autism Awareness Month

While no-one in my surrounding is affected with this condition, I gladly join the band. I work in Pharmaceutical Development and experience every so often the need of patients for recognition and support of their condition. I therefore think highly of World Awareness Days and Months. For the month of April I will devote one post per week to the Autism Awareness campaign.

To start my min-series I want to show you the polish that marks the start of my blue-mania: Opi Dating A Royal (I am sure, I am not the only one out there):

I applied three thin coats over Essence XXL Nail Thickener and finished the look with Essence Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer. The formula is thin and the pigmentation sheer, these days we are used to much easier workable blue formulas but Opi Dating A Royal will always keep a special place in my polished heart for having started my love for blue nailpolish :-)!!!

I could not resist to glam up Opi Dating A Royal: I dabbed Opi OY-Another Polish Joke with a Eyeshadow applicator on my nails.
