La Couleur Couture 1977

La Couleur Couture is a new brand that launched with Harlow & Co and Llarowe a couple of weeks back. Their range of colors spoke to my polished heart and I just had to have a couple of them. Of course the turquoise shade was my first choice - this seems to be my favorite color for spring this year.

The above picture is taken indoors in daylight, below indoors in artificial light - isn't the color shift amazing?

The application was awesome. La Couture Couleur 1977 has the perfect consistency and a wonderful long brush not too wide or narrow. The polish levelled nice and even on my nails and it has a normal to fast drying time. I used Essence XXL Nail Thickener as Base Coat and Vefic Top Coat (my secret weapon if I need a quick drying super high shine finish on my mani).

Isn't the color just awesomely intense and glowing?

Last Friday I had to escape the office for a highly needed hike to my nailpolish watering hole. And there at Manor, slightly chewed up and wrinkled I found the LAST set of the Bourjois Easy Nail Art set. It holds nail stickers, a silver striping tape and stencils

The nailstickers are very easy to remove and place on the nail. It is also quite simple to move it around a before pressing the sticker to the dry nail polish. Isn't the swallow just pretty?

Have you heard of La Couleur Couture? And even bought some? If so, which ones did you choose?

I ordered La Couleur Couture 1977 with Harlow & Co and bought the Bourjois Easy Nail Art set with Manor.

I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for visiting!!!
Christine

    1. Hi sis - awww I am sooooo happy you like it!!! The color called for the swallow (there were no fish on the tattoo sheet ;-)) but my first choice (of course) would have been the cat head too!!! Nell sends you his purrrrrrs - and I send some cuddles back to your "velvet paws" (this is a direct translation from a German expression for cats) - Love & hugs to you xxx
