Let's go Blue: Kiko 384 and Hare Polish Afterglow

My dear friend Antonella brought me Kiko 384 from her last trip to Italy. I was told that it is a dupe for Essie Mesmerize but I gave away that bottle (and its back-up bottle - ehem) so I cannot compare them anymore.

A lovely every day and night shade and the formula is a fantastic one coater. As you might have guessed - this is one coat of Kiko 384 over Essence XXL Nail Thickener and no top coat - incredibly shiny, don't you think so too? And the dry time? - warp speed ;-)

Hare Polish is another favorite Indie Brand of mine. Hare Polish Afterglow was together with Heat Plague my first two Hare Polishes EVER. I even take up on stalking Llarowe's website to be able to snatch the one or the other upon their restock - something I really don't like doing (and was not terribly successful at lately). Side note: It reminds me of the days when Kate Moss designed clothes for Topshop and you literally had to be ready to hit "add to basket" button the second a piece got available............. (yes, I admit been there done that)

This is one coat of Hare Polish Afterglow finished with Ciate Speed Coat for the glossy finish.

The formula is jellyish sheer loaded with magenta and orange glitters. What you see in the pictures is "how it comes out of the bottle", no dabbing or dragging of glitters. Pretty good pay-off I think!!!

Kiko 384 was a gift and I ordered Hare Polish Afterglow with Llarowe .

Is there any brand of nail polish you would be willing to stalk a shop or an online shop to get a bottle?

I look forward to reading your comments - thank you for visiting!!!
