Jade Diamond Top Coat 24 Quilates

So, so sad, but this is the last post of my Jadeathon series. I spared my favorite Effect Top Coat for this last post. This would be Jade Diamond Top Coat 24 Quilates which is a clear base filled with red gold flakes.

Over black:


I applied one coat of Jade Diamond Top Coat 24 Quilates over one coat of Cult Nails Nevermore. No Top Coat. Also this remaining Jade polish has the fantastic formula and application personality as each member of this Jadeathon. I gave the bottle a good shake before painting the gold snippets on my mani and this wonderful even density you see above was achieved. No painstaking tricks needed to get more golden leaves onto your mani! Again no comment on dry time - it was still stifling hot and humid.

This is Jade Diamond Top Coat 24 Quilates mattified using Mentality Polish Matte Top Coat


Once more some suggestions for different base colors.



Final thoughts: Jade Diamond 24 Quilates is a gorgeous beauty! Yes, the yellow is a fail, but I loved all the other combinations. My favorite combination is with Nails Inc Belgrave Place. But then A England Perceval is also a wonderful option… in short, another wonderfully versatile Effect Top Coat.

I hope you enjoyed my Jadeathon as much I did. For me it was a wonderful journey through the epic nail mail I received from my sister in polish Priscilla. Each and every polish I showed was a beauty and the application a dream.

    Lovely! I'm sure it would sook awesome over the blue you're wearing on your index, and then mattefied :-)

      Thank you love - I assure you, it does ;-)! And the blue which is more of a purple IRL (thank you camera) is so vibrant in matte too

    This one looks amazing over all the colours! It looks really good over the OPI! I never though this would go with a light colour but it does :-)

    Hi sweetie! I love this golden topcoat! such a great effectwhen mattified! I like it over turquoise as well, which reminds me I need to try that combo ;)

    I love flakies and this one's no exception. I love this over all the colors you showed, especially over the black because it just pops so much. :) Oh noes... so sad that your Jadeathon is coming to an end. I think I've loved every single one you've shown. <3

I am with you, I love flakies and I find this is incredibly versatile. Oddly I like it over light colors a lot too. But over black it is a classic that never tires the eye, no?
