Picture Polish Instinct

I state this right away - this week will be aquatic, squishy, interspersed with some fruity exotics. OK - curious? Let's take a head dive then.

Those of you lovies who read my Blog on a regular basis know my weakness for Picture Polish. And so far I haven't managed to build up any resistance against buying their new releases. Imagine my giddiness over all their latest releases!!! First let me show you their latest Collaboration Shade Instinct created together with Instagramer @ohmygoshpolish Tam. I am following her since quite a while and find her pictures so beautiful and inspirational. OK so Instinct is a vibrant, saturated turquoise blue cream. Aaaand it gleams like crazy in UV light. I only remembered AFTER painting my nails that I am  probably one of the few Bloggers on this planet with now access to UV light to show-off the gleam. Blogs like Fashion Polish or More Nail Polish did an awesome job showing off this gleam.

I applied two incredibly wonderful easy coats of Picture Polish Instinct over Seche Ridge Filling Base Coat. The formula is slightly thin and highly pigmented. The consistency is a piece of cake to control and the dry time is very fast - a true slap-and-go number. It dries to a beautiful shine that I sealed under one layer of Glisten&Glow HK Girl.

Final thoughts: Truth being said, I am years past spending any time in UV-enlighted places. For me it was the bright and happy pool-blue of Instinct that put a spell on me. I am seriously, deeply in love here!!!

I ordered Picture Polish Instinct with the Picture Polish girls themselves - I just love their awesome customer service and their speedy delivery. Having ordered the whole bunch of new releases even made the shipping relatively cheap if broke down per bottle. But there is a whole wide network all over the globe like Harlow & Co, Llarowe, Overall Beauty or Pshiiit Boutique selling Picture Polish.

I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for stopping by!!!
Christine xoxo

  1. Slap and go is good, and even better when it's this pretty, and my GOSH, I can't believe these words are being applied to a shade this light! It would seem that Picture Polish nailed it. The uv light thing is pretty cool, but it's totally wasted on me, as well, lol. Looking forward to "fruity exotics" ;)

    1. Thank you Liesl!! I might be a tad bold here and say that PP did some magic back in their labs because their cream formula is now stellar!!!

  2. Gorgeous vibrant blue shade which you show off perfectly! I checked out the other blogs too to see the UV effect, sure that could be fun visiting night clubs (which at least here in sweden often got that black light.) For me however which almost never visit those places I'd rather buy this color for the actual every-day-color and not because of the UV effect. And isn't there UV top coats too? :D

    1. Thank you Gelic! I THINK black light is still in nightclubs here too but I even cannot remember when I last was in one of them - some 11 years ago or so??? For me this was also about that blue - it is what I consider summer packed in a bottle
