I applied two coats of Pahlish Electric Boots over Seche Ridge Filling Base Coat. Electric Boots has a typical Pahlish formula: sheer upon the first coat but completely opaque with either a medium thick second coat or thin second and third coats. The consistency is due to the immense amount of holo and flakies creamy and thicker than the color based glitters. I therefore suggest to wait a couple of minutes between applying coats to prevent polish lumps or polish dragging. Indoors and in the shade Electric Boots shows off its cornflower blue base and the dense pale golden flakes, in the sun the holo takes center stage.
Final thoughts: Rely on Pahlish to create unexpected and unique shades - I just can imagine seventies stile sky high plateaus with crystals and glitter and glimmer all over them when looking at this beautiful cornflower blue prettiness.
I ordered Pahlish Electric Boots with their own Bigcartel site here.
I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for stopping by!!!

DeleteI had never really considered cornflower blue as a polish shade before but my gosh, it is perfection in this! And as much as I adore the holo, it's your second photo that really gets me-- silver gleaming and mingling with the beautiful base color. You and your blues, sis....
