Sally Hansen Sugar Shimmer Cinny Sweet

I haven't posted any textured polish in a while. Sally Hansen Sugar Shimmer Cinny Sweet is another gem brought to me by Antonella! I would describe its color as dark, pulsating magenta with a soft silver shine.

I applied two coats of Sally Hansen Cinny Sweet over Essence Hardening Nail Base. I tell you, this is one of the best textured formulas I have tried so far. It goes on pigmented and even already upon the first coat and with careful application you can easily get away with a single coat. However, the deep pulsating magenta springs to true life upon applying a second coat. The dry time is on the fast side for a textured polish but will keep the silver shine visible in the bottle, very chic.

Final thoughts: Now there is a go-to polish for a quick every day mani if you run short in time. I would advise to wait some good 30 minutes before you challenge the polish in any serious way like digging for a zipper on your boots or nestling for coins in your bag but it will be good to go after 15 minutes without the need to walk the planet with hands raised.

      Thank you sweetie <3!!! I had the same feeling this week - I let my textured way too often in my drawer, having received a new one sparked my memory how much I actually love them.     So, did they just decide to call the Sugar Coats that had shimmer in them Sugar Shimmers? Because I have the blue with the pink/purple shimmer, that was first brought out as a Sugar Coat. It has now been re-released with a new name and now under the Sugar Shimmer collection....

      Oh they changed the name? I am afraid, I had no idea since Sally Hansen is unavailable in Switzerland, I think they might have changed it into Shimmer because their is silver visible in the bottle and it translates to this lovely shine on the nail that gives the texture depth - thank you for your nice comment :-)

      I cannot tell you how happy you made me with your comment - I always feel at the short end of the straw with English not being my mother tongue and quite often at a loss of words.     Pretty!! not to mention I've been dragged into textured polishes love a while ago, after a moment of scepticism, haha, and should I say who had a great influence on me??? well, obviousy!
    This is a gorgeous shade, right up my alley, and suits you wonderfully, bty. Looks like you friend has an eye for chosing nail polish!
