I applied two effortless coats of Fnug Surf Board over Essence XXL Nil Thickener and finished it with Essence Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer.
I have saved Enchanted Polish Across the Universe for many, many, many weeks now in the wait for some sunny days to wear it. This polish is so beautiful, it would have been a shame to swatch it only or to wear it for one single day, so most of the week this beauty was on my nails:
I applied three coats of Enchanted Polish Across The Universe over Nail Nation 3000 Base Coat. While the polish applies sheer on the first coat it reaches this full, dense opacity with the third coat. The consistency is thin but given the narrow and soft brush very easy to control and it so to say glided onto the nail. I used the 45 seconds Top Coat of Nail Nation 3000 - I have not used it in a while and let me tell you - big mistake. The consistency of the Top Coat was already gloppy despite is still nearly full and while it was really dry to the touch within less than a minute I woke the next morning with bedsheet marks all over my nails (aaaaargh!!!!). A coat of Essence Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer solved though all of my issues. Since this polish has soooo many facets some more pictures
Finally, by Thursday, I arrived my order of the Opi Bond Girl Liquid Sand polishes - I just had to use one of them (closed my eyes and tapped a bottle) - so here is Jinx:
I applied two coats of Opi Jinx over Essence XXL Nail Thickener. The application was a piece of cake and the drying time was not so long, that I noticed any extended waiting time.
Nell sends his purrs:
And I thought I include for once a preview of most of the polishes I will show you next week:
This week I won't ask you for favorites - I frankly don't have any, I loved all three manis I wore. What do you think of seeing a preview of polishes appearing next week?
I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for visiting
