Sparkling Amethyst is pale purple foil at its max - it is so foiltastic that it gleams silver depending on the angle of your nails - look:
indoors in daylight:
I applied two coats of Jade Diamond Silver Shine Sparkling Amethyst over my regular Base Coat. The formula is the typical Jade perfection, it admittedly is not overly pigmented but that foil particles make it look opaque after one coat. I suggest though a second coat to intensify the base color. The most amazing aspect: despite all those foil particles swimming in the pink soup they all lay flat and nice on the nail, not a single one showed nasty peek-up behavior! Dry time is so-so and while it appears relatively quick dry to the touch Sparkling Amethyst remains dentable for quite some time.
Final thoughts: Jade Sparkling Amethyst is another totally amazing creation - the purple comes as muted base that nearly has a tinge to mauve in certain lights and outside all that silver foil makes it nearly pale lilac looking - how awesome is that?
I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for stopping by!!!
