Hits Can Can

This is one of my older untrieds, received by my wonderful sister in polish from Brazil Pri. Hits Can Can clearly is more of a cousin to purple as it strongly leans to burgundy. In this purple-burguny soup swim loads and loads of green to blue shifting flakes.

I applied three coats of Hits Can Can over my regular base coat. I have to tell you the formula is absolutely, simply fantastic. It is a jelly though probably due to the flakies acting like a cream. Though three coats are needed - after two coats the overall look was still patchy but the third coat though smoothed out everything. Dry time is normal. The finish is quite shiny though I applied Glitter Gal Gloss Boss to add max-shine ;-)!!!

Final thoughts: Oh.My.Gosh. this is such a totally unusual shade, I am in love - seriously! And I am sure you can imagine that I got asked a couple of times to show off my nails because those flakies were so eye-catching!

I look forward to reading your comments - thank you so much for stopping by!!!
Christine

  1. Spectacular! The contrast of the green and blue flakies against the red-violet base is delicious! Great photos, too!
