Skittelette with Barry M Countess (Textured Polish)

Those of you who read my Blog on a regular basis might have heard a thing or two about my excitement over any dark nail polish (ehem). Well, today I have my favorite of the Barry M Textured Polishes for you: Countess is a vampy dark red base filled with magenta and gold micro glitter.

For today's Skittelette I teamed up Barry M Countess with Picture Polish Majesty:

Pinkie and ring: three coats of Picture Polish Majesty
Middle and index: two coats of Barry M Countess

The above pictures are taken in daylight indoors and outdoors, the photo below in artificial light

The formula of Barry M Countess is superb - creamy to apply and perfectly pigmented. The application is a breeze. The first coat provides nearly opacity leaving just the one or the other pale spot. The second coat will leave your nails wonderfully vampy with intense sparkle of all those micro glitters. Oh and doesn't look Picture Polish Majesty just beautiful? - just a side note ;-)!

And Barry M Countess on its own:

The above picture is taken indoors in daylight, the below photos in the sun -
isn't Countess GOR-GEOUS?

Final thoughts: Barry M Countess is simply put just perfect!! Jezz, you DO know me too well, you knew I would be over the moon about THIS!!!

I look forward to reading your comments - thanks for visiting!!!

  1. Countess is lovely and very unusual for a texture...oh, and vampy perfection. <3 And YES, Majesty is fantastic! What a pretty color. I like these two together. :)

  2. They're both gorgeous by themselves but I LOVE them together! The colors, the finishes, then just complement each other so nicely. Good eye, sis <3

  3. Oooh Countess is so gorgeous! I don't think I've seen another texture quite this color, and I love it! The texture adds so much to the dark shade. :)

  4. Majesty looks majestic on you! I love the two of them together!

  5. The Barry M is such a unique color for a texture. With all of the JulieG's and Zoya's, I have nothing like it. Beautiful!
