Ninja Polish Ambrosia

This is the first appearance of a Ninja Polish on Polished Marvels Blog! I wanted to try this brand for quite a while now and Ambrosia is my first dip into the Ninja Polish range.

Ambrosia is a blue leaning bright red filled with tons and tons of red shimmer particles.

I applied three thin coats of Ninja Polish Ambrosia over Essence Hardening Nail Base. The formula is thin but easy builds to an opaque yet squishy and vibrant finish. Due to the amount of shimmer particles, Ambrosia dries to a satin finish - applying a high gloss Top Coat will bring the vibrancy to full force. Now this is not the easiest ever polish to apply. The thin consistency combined with the rather big and voluminous brush might result in quite a flood of polish on your nails. Wiping the brush carefully before painting though helped tremendously - I found applying very thin coats the easiest way to keep Ambrosia under control and clean-up to a minimum.

Final thoughts: between you, me and the lamppost - this is not the most unique polish I own but definitely a staple for me. Those cooler toned bright reds - and this one amped up with all that shimmer, are a must in my stash!
