KBShimmer Iris My Case


By now you probably already saw all those awesome swatches of KBShimmer Iris My Case out there. I most certainly cannot show you any more magnificent photos of this, still, here it is:


I applied three thin coats of Iris My Case on its own, I used Essence XXL Nail Thickener as Base Coat. The formula is wonderful, the glitter spreads nicely and easy, the polish has the perfect consistency - what's not to love with this?

Iris My Case reminded me of Girly Bits Mother May I?! - here comes the comparison between the two:




Pinkie and Ring: three thin coats of KBShimmer Iris My Case
Middle: two coats of Girly Bits Mother May I? over Zoya Julie
Index: three coats of Girly Bits Mother May I? on its own

Pretty self-explanatory I find. The second picture shows the two polishes in artificial light and it is only here where one really can detect the subtle difference in the base color. It's the different glitters that sets them appart. The formula of Mother May I?! is thinner and the base color less blue leaning than KBShimmer Iris My Case.

    Well, anything with iris in it is a win for me ♥ I've actually never seen this but I've heard of it, and it certainly is lovely, and perfect over Julie. You wear lavender so well!
