Crows Toes Tiki Torch

Today I have another polish from Crows Toes One Mad Crazy Summer Collection: Tiki Torch. This is a gorgeous - oh my, what should I call this color? - well, let's just say it is red currant syrup filled with orange and red and purple tiny glitters:




The above two pictures are taken indoors in daylight, the below photos outdoors in the sun and in the shade





I applied three coats of Tiki Torch over Essence XXL Nail Thickener. The formula is - well, syrupy too. The application is so easy, the polish ends up exactly where you want it and I think it is the slightly gloppy consistency that enables smooth, shiny finish.

Final thoughts: the sheer base of Tiki Torch allows the myriads of fiery glitters to sparkle and shine at every angle and in every light - this is a total win in my stash!!!

    This is beautiful!! You're right...it does look like syrup! The orange glitter just lights it up! :)

    Good to know you can get it opaque on it's own, I swatched mine on a nail fan, and it looked too sheer to wear alone, but you proved it different :-)

      I know - I mean I was stunned after the first coat, seeing myself piling up coat after coat but already the second "showed potential" so to say and at three I was happy withthe result!!! Though in case you have an awesome idea for layering..... I would always be in for it!!!

    Hi pet! This is a show stopper!! Wow! It's gorgeous!! I love the color and the glitter combo! It reminds me of two polishes, the atoll you sent me and the new jade I bought. Just reminds me, not dupes not even that alike ;) Anyway, what I wanted to say with this rambling is that this polish makes me want to try the ones I said it reminded me of ;) Lol!
